Ben Harris

Ben Harris has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2007, they started their career as a Consultant at KNF&T Staffing Resources, where they worked until 2009. In 2009, they joined MEGA International as a Business Analyst for a year. From 2010 to 2016, Ben worked at Forrester Research in various roles, including Project Manager and Consultant, specializing in Business Technology & Strategy. In 2016, they moved to Shire, where they held the positions of CRM Operations Lead and later CRM Business Partner focusing on Immunology, Neuroscience, and Ophthalmology. In 2018, Ben joined Alkermes as a Manager of Sales Operations, a role they held until 2022. Currently, they work at Sage Therapeutics as an Associate Director of Sales Operations, starting in December 2022.

Ben Harris has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Economics from Bowdoin College. Prior to attending Bowdoin College, they obtained a diploma from Phillips Exeter Academy. Additionally, they have a Certificate in Project Management from UMass Boston. In terms of additional certifications, Ben has obtained the following: Secrets of Effective Prioritization from LinkedIn in January 2023, CRM White Belt from Veeva Systems in October 2016, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in October 2012.
