Bill was eventually promoted to the position of Customer Service Manager, overseeing 120 representatives of an inbound call center. Bill held this position until August 2004.
Bill Miller earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Bill then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration at Northern Illinois University from 1990 to 1996.
