Bill Miller

Bill Miller has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Bill is currently working as a Senior Director of Patient Support Operations at Sage Therapeutics, a position they have held since December 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Operations - Patient Support Services at Sage Therapeutics from July 2018 to December 2021.

Before joining Sage Therapeutics, Bill worked at Biogen Idec starting in February 2009 as a Senior Patient Services Manager. Bill's early career includes a role at Sprint, where they started in the training department in March 2000. Bill was responsible for facilitating various training materials to all levels of staff at the Bolingbrook, IL call center. Bill later moved into a Leadership Trainer position, where they trained management in multiple job functions. Bill was eventually promoted to the position of Customer Service Manager, overseeing 120 representatives of an inbound call center. Bill held this position until August 2004.

Bill Miller earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Bill then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration at Northern Illinois University from 1990 to 1996.
