Brett Nelson

Brett Nelson began their work experience in 2007 as a Combat Medic in the US Army, serving until 2013. Following that, they joined Covance as a Sample Collection Technician from January 2013 to April 2016. In 2016, Brett joined Exact Sciences as an Inside Sales Representative from May 2016 to June 2017. Brett then progressed to the role of Professional Medical Representative II from June 2017 to November 2020. Finally, at Exact Sciences, they became a Senior Sales Operations Specialist from November 2020 until their departure in June 2023. Currently, Brett is working as the Manager of Sales Operations at Sage Therapeutics since June 2023.

Brett Nelson attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. In terms of certifications, Brett obtained the ALAT certification from AALAS in June 2013 and the LAT certification from AALAS in February 2016. Additionally, Brett obtained the Veeva Align/CRM Administrator certification from Veeva Systems in February 2021. In 2023, Brett obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Learning Power BI Desktop in June, Coaching and Developing Employees in May, Delegating Tasks in April, Leading Productive Meetings in April, Make the Move from Individual Contributor to Manager in April, and From Excel to Tableau in January.
