Manuel Galaz

Manuel Galaz, Ph.D., has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Manuel currently holds the position of Director, Head of QA IT at Sage Therapeutics, a role they have held since September 2021.

Prior to joining Sage Therapeutics, Manuel worked at Gilead Sciences starting in 2013. Prior to that, they earned a M.Sc. in Industrial & Quality Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 1992, after completing the program from 1991 to 1992. Additionally, Dr. Galaz holds a B.Sc. in Industrial & Systems Engineering, which they earned from Tecnológico de Monterrey between 1986 and 1990.
