Nichole Felix

Nichole Felix has held various roles throughout their work experience. Nichole began their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Chicago in 1996 and then moved on to become a Research Assistant at the University of Connecticut Health Center from 1999 to 2001. Nichole then joined Serono in 2002 as a Data Associate for a brief period.

In 2001, Felix joined Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc. where they worked as a Clinical Data Coordinator and later became a Senior Manager in Clinical Data Management. Nichole worked at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc. until 2016.

In 2016, Felix joined Sage Therapeutics as a Project Manager and later moved up to become an Associate Director of Project Management in Clinical Development. Nichole then transitioned to the role of Director of Clinical Business Operations in 2019 and was subsequently promoted to Senior Director in the same department in 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Director in Clinical Development Business Management at Sage Therapeutics since June 2022.

Nichole Felix completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Chicago. Nichole pursued further education by completing a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Project Management from Boston University. Additionally, they obtained an International Graduate Certificate in Maximizing Global Business Performance from Audencia in the year 2016.
