Sharon Mester

Sharon Mester is an experienced project manager and operations leader with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as Project Manager for Operations at SageLife since June 2012, Sharon has focused on developing and implementing systems for a growing senior living company. Previous roles include President of Swarthmore Co-op, where organizational management and governance improvements were implemented, and Operations and Marketing Manager at Cogniscape, LLC, overseeing operations and financial reporting. Additional experience at DuPont Dow Elastomers involved leading e-business strategy development and product management, while earlier roles at DuPont included financial analysis and regional management. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from the University of Virginia and has attended the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
