Doug Brekke

Doug Brekke has more than two decades of experience in the commercial insurance underwriting space, including home office and field management roles within captive and independent agency carrier distribution models. Most recently, Doug was responsible for leading Travelers’ small commercial underwriting centers in the Western U.S. As Vice President of Commercial Insurance Underwriting and Product, Doug guides the expansion of SageSure's commercial business within new and existing states, building product forms, coverages, and filings, and developing and managing underwriting guidelines and procedures. Doug earned a Bachelor of Science in Humanities and Business Management from Woodbury University and holds multiple professional insurance designations.
