Chad Shumway

Chad Shumway has extensive experience in the engineering and operations sectors, currently serving as the Director of Continuous Improvement and Director of Operations at Trillium Engineering since July 2018. Prior to this role, Chad worked at OMNOVA Solutions from 2008 to May 2018, holding multiple positions including Production Manager for the Pilot Plant, Associate Process Engineer, Senior Project Coordinator, Production and Quality Manager, and Senior Laboratory and Production Technician. Chad holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Kent State University.
