Desiree Cogley

Desiree Cogley, MA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Sagewood since August 2023. Prior to this role, Desiree held the positions of Chief Human Resources Officer and Director of Human Resources at Valle del Sol from July 2000 to August 2023. Desiree earned their Master's degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix in 2000 and their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in 1992.
