Kimberly Ferencik, SHRM-SCP, has over 20 years of experience in various HR roles. Kimberly'smost recent role was as a Human Resources Director at Sagiliti, where they created and implemented processes, policies, training, tools, and systems for the company's HR function. Prior to this, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Sagiliti, where they developed people and culture strategies and provided strategic support to leadership. Kimberly also worked as an Account Specialist at Sagiliti, helping businesses impact people, profit, and planet through utility and energy consulting services. Before joining Sagiliti, Kimberly held roles at the MN Judicial Branch, State of MN, the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility, The Family Partnership, Brain Injury Association of Minnesota, Best Buy, Lenox Hill Neighborhood House, the National MS Society, and several non-profit organizations. Kimberly'sexperience spans grant program coordination, attorney misconduct investigations, volunteer program management, communications, media relations, branding, research coordination, and additional non-profit work.
Kimberly Ferencik, SHRM-SCP holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies/Sociology from Macalester College and a Master of Science degree in Urban Studies/Affairs from Hunter College. Kimberly also has a Certificate in Project Management from Normandale Community College. Additionally, they have obtained a Mini Master of Volunteer Management from the University of St. Thomas. Kimberly has additional certifications, including a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM and a Human Resource Generalist Certificate from the University of Minnesota.
