Anand Biradar

Anand Biradar has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Anand started their career at AOL in 2002, where they worked as a Network Operations Center Analyst and later as a Performance Coach. In 2004, they pursued postgraduate studies at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. After completing their studies, they joined HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions in 2005, where they held several roles, including Head of Customer Acquisition Operations and VP of North America and Latin America and the Caribbean in Business Development. In 2017, Biradar attended the General Management Program at Harvard Business School. Anand then served as SVP and Country Head at HGS from 2018 to 2022. In 2022, they joined Sagility as an SVP, Head of Latin America and the Caribbean, and later became the Delivery Head, Americas. Anand is also involved in the Global Services Association of Jamaica (GSAJ), where they served as a Director on the Board of Directors before becoming the President in June 2022. Overall, Biradar has extensive experience in business development, operations, and leadership roles in the global services industry.

Anand Biradar completed a General Management Program in Business Administration and Management from Harvard Business School in 2017-2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Post Graduate Certificate in Sales & Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode in 2004-2005. Anand also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ramaiah Institute of Technology, which they obtained in the period of 1997-2001.
