Marshall Bastion has worked in various roles related to operational excellence, business transformation, and business process improvement. Their most recent position was as an Associate Vice President of Business Excellence at Sagility. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Business Transformation at Sourcepoint. Marshall also has experience as a General Manager of Operational Excellence at Capgemini and as a Senior Operational Excellence Manager at First Advantage. In addition, they worked as a Deputy General Manager of Performance Excellence at Cognizant Technology Solutions and as a Quality Manager of Performance Excellence at Infosys BPO. Marshall's early career included a role as a Quality Assurance Lead at AOL.

Marshall Bastion holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from Bangalore University, which was obtained from 1997 to 2000. In addition, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career, including Certified Advance RPA Professional - Automation Anywhere, Foundation (Level)1 Certification in Automation Engineering (Python & R Programming) from Capgemini, and several certifications in Robotic Process Automation from UiPath.
