Patrycja Litwin

Patrycja Litwin has been working in the HR field for over two years. Patrycja started their career as a customer success manager at Sherlock Waste, where they were responsible for gathering customer feedback, managing the product backlog, and providing customer support. In their current role as HR manager at Sagiton, they are responsible for onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and administering benefits programs. Patrycja is passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all employees have a positive experience at their company.

Patrycja Litwin holds a postgraduate degree in social psychology from Uniwersytet SWPS, a magister (Mgr) in philosophy from Uniwersytet Wrocławski, and a podyplomowe in user experience design from Uniwersytet SWPS. Patrycja also participated in an Erasmus exchange program in business administration at Budapest Metropolitan University and earned a master of international business degree in European market/international business from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny we Wrocławiu.
