Ana Cañas has extensive work experience in various roles. Ana started their career at Fonoservice, S.A. in 1991 as a Coordinator. Ana then worked as a Freelancer at Icopfon in 1992. In the same year, they joined Sago as a Human Resources Manager, a role they held for 30 years until 2022. At Sago, they also took on the roles of Manager and Director of Client Solutions. Their work experience spans over three decades, showcasing their expertise in various fields.

Ana Cañas attended the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a Licenciada degree in Psicología. In 2007 to 2009, they pursued a Master's degree in Dirección de Recursos Humanos at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. Later, in 2012 to 2013, they attended the Instituto Europeo de Posgrado and achieved a degree as an Experto en Marketing Digital.
