Khurshid Anwar is a seasoned Medical Officer with extensive experience spanning several decades. Since January 2006, Khurshid has served at SAHARA for Life Trust, contributing to various healthcare initiatives. Prior to this, from October 1987 to December 1999, Khurshid worked as a Medical Officer on a UNHCR funded project in an Afghan Refugees Camp, where responsibilities included supervising the Malaria Control Program, Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI), and Maternal and Child Health (MCH) services, as well as actively participating in the surveillance of communicable diseases. Khurshid completed education at Islamia High School Faisalabad and holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree with a focus on Community Health and Preventive Medicine.
