Ayooluwa Apata

Ayooluwa Apata, PHRi, ACIPM, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished Learning and Development Manager at Sahara Group since May 2022, playing a key role in designing and delivering organization-wide learning solutions to support capability development and transformation into a learning organization. Previously, Ayooluwa served as a Learning and Development Officer at LafargeHolcim, where proactive training planning and alignment with divisional goals were fundamental. Ayooluwa's career includes roles at MTN Nigeria, where management of training programs and vendor assessments were significant, as well as experience as a Senior Business Analyst at TDI Global Ltd. and a Sales Executive in the lubricants and telecommunications industries. Ayooluwa began a career in human resources as an Assistant at CHAMS PLC. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Covenant University.
