Elissa Shore-Odell

Elissa Shore-Odell has extensive experience in human resources and strategic planning, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Planning at SAIC since February 2016. Elissa has held various positions at SAIC, including Workforce Development Manager and Resource Analyst. Prior to SAIC, Elissa worked at Scitor Corporation in human resources and at Raytheon Polar Services as a Human Resources Supervisor. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Manager at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems from 2002 to 2009. Elissa Shore-Odell holds a Master of Human Resources Management (MHRM) from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
