Christopher Netram is a seasoned policy expert and educator with extensive experience in tax and domestic economic policy. Currently serving as a Senior Policy Advisor in the Office of the Secretary at the U.S. Department of Commerce since March 2025, Christopher previously held various significant positions at the National Association of Manufacturers from August 2017 to March 2025, culminating as Managing Vice President. Prior to that, Christopher was Deputy Chief of Staff and Tax Counsel for Rep. Vern Buchanan in the U.S. House of Representatives and served as Tax Counsel and Budget Advisor to Senator Susan Collins. With a strong educational background, including a Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University and a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Christopher also contributes to academia as an Adjunct Professor at the Columbus School of Law since August 2014.
