Saba al Zaid

Saba Al Zaid has a diverse and extensive work experience. Saba is currently working as the Associate Director of Digital Strategy at Said Differently since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Council President and a Council Member At Large at Bridgeport Borough Inc, starting in 2022.

From 2018 to 2023, Saba worked at Digitas Health, where they held multiple roles including Manager of Data & Analytics, Senior Data Analyst, and Digital Strategy Manager. Saba also served as the Digital Marketing Director at Gregory Welteroth Advertising from 2017 to 2018.

Saba's experience in marketing and PR includes working as the Marketing Director for ReHouse Pros, a group focusing on construction and property renovations, from 2017 to 2018, and as the Marketing Manager for Green Home Solutions Company from 2017 to 2018.

Saba has also worked at MilliporeSigma from 2013 to 2017, where they had various positions such as Spec, Marketing-Technical - Digital Marketing Operations, Internal Auditor, Email Coordinator, Technical Digital Marketing Specialist, and Quality Control Chemist.

Additionally, Saba has a background in education and teaching. Saba worked as a Lecturer of Arabic at Penn State University from 2015 to 2016, creating an interactive and engaging learning environment for students. Prior to that, they were involved in undergraduate research in Inorganic Chemistry and Analytical Chemistry at Penn State University from 2011 to 2013.

In 2011, Saba also served as an Advanced Dialogue Facilitator at World in Conversation.

Saba Al Zaid holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Penn State University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse from the University of Pittsburgh School of Social Work in 2020, ISO 9001:2008 Internal Quality System Auditor (TPECS) from BSI in 2015, and Eloqua Masters from Oracle in 2014.
