Rachel Kemper

Rachel Kemper, P.E., CEM is a seasoned professional with experience in providing technical support for energy efficiency programs, conducting energy audits, calculating energy savings, and advising on energy efficiency measures. Rachel has also worked as an Ultra Pure Water Engineer, analyzing system performance and implementing improvements. With a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, Rachel currently serves as a Federal Program Manager and Resource Efficiency Manager at Sain Engineering Associates Inc.
