Leo Hsu, MD, MBA, MDiv, FACEP, FAEMS has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Leo has served as a Regional Medical Director at TeamHealth since 2017. Leo Hsu, MD, MBA, MDiv, FACEP, FAEMS, began their education at Stanford University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Biology and Economics from 1994 to 1998. Following this, they attended Saint Louis University School of Medicine from 1998 to 2003, earning their MD degree in Medicine. Leo then embarked on a residency in Emergency Medicine at Washington University in St. Louis from 2003 to 2007.

In 2007, Leo enrolled at Covenant Theological Seminary, completing their studies there in 2011 and obtaining a Master of Divinity degree. Continuing their educational pursuits, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Southeast Missouri State University, which they earned from 2015 to 2017.

Leo Hsu's diverse educational background equips him with a strong foundation in biology, economics, medicine, emergency medicine, divinity, and healthcare administration, making him a multi-disciplinary professional with a breadth of knowledge and skills.

Seven-time Missouri EMS Service of the Year that provides mobile healthcare services for all municipalities and unincorporated areas of St. Charles County, covering 592 square miles and a population of more than 400,000. In addition to emergency and non-emergency care and transport services, the District operates numerous value-added programs for the residents of our service area, including Mobile Integrated Health and the American Ambulance Association award-winning Substance Use Recovery Response Team. The District also operates a Training Center offering EMT and Paramedic courses, along with a full compliment of American Heart Association courses.
