Aaron Yuen

Transition Care Lead, Central @home Program at SE Health

Aaron Yuen has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Aaron began their career as a Research Assistant at The University of Western Ontario. Aaron then worked as an Occupational Therapist at VISTA Disability Management, where they provided in-home assessments and recommendations for clients. Aaron also worked as an Occupational Therapist at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, conducting safety and ADL assessments for patients. Aaron later joined the University Health Network, where they provided float coverage and discharge planning for various departments. Aaron also worked as an Occupational Therapist at the Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance, providing coverage for inpatient units and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for discharge planning. At William Osler Health System, they held roles as a Lead Elder Life Specialist and a Corporate Manager of Volunteers, Co-op Education, and Community Resources. In these positions, they focused on program planning, implementation, evaluation, and management of volunteer services. Currently, Aaron works at SE Health as a Transition Care Lead, Central @Home Program, where they are responsible for coordinating and providing leadership support to daily clinical operations.
