Scott Ptacnik

Scott Ptacnik is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in population health and accountable care operations. Currently serving as Chief Population Health Officer at Saint Francis Health System since August 2022, Scott previously held the role of President at CHI Health Partners from May 2019 to August 2022. Prior to that, Scott was Vice President of Accountable Care Operations at University Healthcare Alliance from February 2012 to May 2019, where leadership was provided to the Accountable Care Division and its associated networks. Scott's career also includes positions as Chief Operating Officer at Affinity Medical Solutions and Regional Sales Executive at ALN Medical Management, as well as a role as Client Executive at Cerner Corporation. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, earned in 2005.
