Justin Winkler, MBA, CPC, CRCR, CHFP has extensive experience in healthcare administration and finance. Justin started their career as a Bank Teller at US Bank in 2007 and later became an Assistant Branch Manager at Montgomery Bank in 2008. In 2011, they joined Southeast Missouri Hospital as a Business Office Supervisor for Self Pay Collections. Justin then moved to Saint Francis Healthcare System in 2012, where they held various roles including Manager of Cape Cardiology Group & Heart Valve Center/Electrodiagnostics/Poplar Bluff Neurology and Director of Revenue Cycle. In these positions, they were responsible for managing the operations and finances of healthcare facilities, improving revenue cycle efficiency, and ensuring excellent patient satisfaction.

Justin Winkler, MBA, CPC, CRCR, CHFP, completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Southeast Missouri State University - Harrison College of Business and Computing in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the same university in 2010. In addition to their degrees, Justin holds various certifications, including Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) and HFMA's Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) obtained in 2020, Certified Professional Coder (CPC) obtained in 2019, and Basic Life Support (BLS) - Adult, Child, and Infant CPR/AED obtained in 2016. Justin also holds several other specialized certifications and a Notary Public designation.
