Prasanna R has extensive experience in operations and management within the glass manufacturing and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Team Leader - Coater Operations at Saint-Gobain India Private Limited since January 2013, Prasanna R oversees the operations of two Magnetron Glass Coating facilities. Additionally, Prasanna R has contributed to various projects as Team Leader - Projects since July 2014 and previously managed discrete glass manufacturing operations as Team Leader - ACGP Operations. Prior experience includes leading maintenance functions for a glass floatline at Saint Gobain India Private Ltd, overseeing plant engineering at Asian Paints, and holding the position of Sr. Manager - Electrical at EID PARRY (INDIA) LTD, focusing on electrical and instrumentation operations. Prasanna R holds an MBA in Operations Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Pondicherry Engineering College.
