Sajith Jacob

Sajith Jacob has extensive experience in operations and project management, currently serving as Team Leader Operations at Saint-Gobain India Private Limited's Glass Business since January 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing raw materials processing plants and ensuring operational excellence. Previously, Sajith held the position of Team Leader - Projects, focusing on the installation and commissioning of a new shower cubicle plant aligned with Industry 4.0 standards. Earlier roles included Project In-Charge at Saint Gobain, overseeing a significant utility installation project, and Manager Design at Grindwell Norton, managing machine building and plant layout. Sajith began a career in engineering as an Assistant Manager at BPL.
