Sylwester Strzelec

Sylwester Strzelec is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in tooling and additive manufacturing. Currently serving as a Tooling Engineer at Saint-Gobain Sekurit since February 2022, Sylwester focuses on feasibility studies, tool design and procurement, and leads external toolmakers while supporting R&D initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as Additive Manufacturing Business Development Manager at voestalpine High Performance Metals Polska, where responsibilities involved client negotiations and developing manufacturing technology awareness in Poland. Sylwester also worked as a Construction Engineer at Rosinski Packaging, designing plastic packaging and various mould tools, alongside earlier experience as an Injection Mould Technologist at Bitron Industrie. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politechnika Rzeszowska im. Ignacego Łukasiewicza.
