Ulrich Dienesch

Ulrich Dienesch currently serves as the Head of Strategic Sourcing at Saint-Gobain Weber AG (Schweiz) since June 2025. Prior to this role, Ulrich held the position of Head of Global Purchasing B/C & P/EC at RECARO Aircraft Seating from May 2023 to May 2025, overseeing commodity management and materials management for over 50 FTE with a spend exceeding 100M€. Ulrich has extensive experience in supply chain management, having worked as a Senior Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific from January 2019 to April 2023, focusing on purchasing, production planning, and logistics. Additional roles include Head of Procurement and Production at A. Eberle GmbH & Co. KG, a Visiting Lecturer on Lean Quality Management at Konstanz University of Applied Sciences, and a Consultant at be partner GmbH, along with early experiences at Fresenius Medical Care and Daimler AG. Ulrich holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt.
