Maureen Brunell

Maureen Brunell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and operations across various organizations. Currently serving as a Customer Success Consultant at Webiknow and a Manager of Client Services at Saint-Gobain since January 2024, Brunell also holds the position of Event Marketing Consultant at KPJ DIGITAL. Prior experience includes leadership roles at West Corporation, where responsibilities included Director of Global Client Services and Director of Global Event Services, as well as significant positions at INXPO and Chicago Builders Supply & Hardware Inc. Brunell earned a Master of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Illinois State University.
