Elias Najm

Elias Najm is an experienced assistant debate coach at Saint Ignatius High School since September 2018, working on both local and national circuits. Elias has also served as a debate coach at Saint Ignatius College Preparatory and gained paralegal experience at The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland, focusing on community outreach and partnership development. Previous roles include closing pre-litigation paralegal at Kisling, Nestico & Redick, LLC, and president of Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity. Elias has held leadership positions in various organizations, including vice president of engagements for Consult Your Community and campus relations chair for the Interfraternity Council/Panhellenic Council. Academic credentials include a degree in Cognitive Science with a focus on Neuroscience from Case Western Reserve University, complemented by a history of teaching assistance and writing consultation.
