Matt Swartwood

Matt Swartwood is a seasoned quality and program manager with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Saint Jean Industries Inc. since August 2011, Matt focuses on maintaining and improving Quality Management Systems while collaborating with manufacturing to enhance process robustness. Previously, as a Lean Manufacturing Manager/Program Manager at the same company, Matt implemented new programs and ensured successful launches with a commitment to quality and safety. Prior to this, Matt held the role of Program Manager at Defiance Metal Products from 1997 to August 2011, where responsibilities included facilitating product launches with a zero-defect mindset and managing risks related to safety and quality. Matt's career began as Quality Manager at Hot Metal Molding from 1994 to 1997, and Matt holds a degree from Henderson State University, completed in 1997.
