Elizabeth Marlow

Senior Director of Family Advocacy at Saint John's Program for Real Change

Elizabeth Marlow has worked in a variety of roles since 1986. Elizabeth began their career as a volunteer with the American Red Cross Capital Region. In 2003, they joined WEAVE Inc. as an Education Coordinator, where they wrote content for internal and external communications, assisted public relations activities, and coordinated outreach, training, and volunteer projects. In 2007, they moved to KVIE Public Television as a Public Relations Associate Writer for the viewer “OnSix” publication, where they designed and managed website updates, wrote and distributed press releases, and created radio messaging and online media kits for local media. In 2008, they became a Social Marketing Consultant for ProProse, writing proposals, presentations, and client content, as well as handling publicity, marketing, and outreach projects. In 2010, they joined Future Foundation of Sacramento as Executive Director, where they provided executive leadership, donor stewardship, and program management. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Senior Director of Family Advocacy for Saint John's Program for Real Change.

Elizabeth Marlow completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Business, and Film Studies from UC Irvine in 2002. Elizabeth then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Mass Communication from San Jose State University, which they completed in 2008.
