Arianna Mattioli

Arianna Mattioli currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Saint John's Resort, a position held since October 2023. Previously, at Michigan State University from March 2022 to August 2024, Arianna was the Co-Program Director and Head Coach, focusing on guiding student-athletes in academics and community service while managing social media and mentoring a student executive board. Prior roles include Culture Champion at Graduate Hotels, where involvement in enhancing workplace culture and recruitment took place, and Hospitality Specialist at Michigan International Speedway, providing guest assistance. Additional experiences range from retail sales at DICK'S Sporting Goods to instructional roles in the pompon community, coupled with various internships in marketing and office assistance. Arianna holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from Michigan State University, conferred in 2022.
