John Athamanah Ms

John Athamanah, holding a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and an MBA in Marketing, currently serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at St. Louis Community College and the University of Michigan-Flint, while also teaching at Harper College and Clarkson College. With extensive experience in nutrition and food service management, John Athamanah has held significant roles including Manager of Sustainable Nutrition at Midwest Dairy and Manager of Patient Meal Service at Rush University Medical Center. Additionally, John Athamanah has a background as a Supervisory Dietitian for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and as Manager of Food Services at La Rabida Children's Hospital, complemented by a managerial role in technical training at Ecolab Food Safety Specialties.
