Beth Johnson

Beth Johnson is the AVP of Development at Saint Mary's College of California. Beth has over 5 years of experience in the field of Advancement and Alumni Relations. Beth has worked at Redwood Day School, where they oversaw the RENXT database, gift processing and acknowledgement, mailings, and produced reports. Beth also managed reconciliation and auditing reports with finance department. Beth helped develop and implement giving programs based on data-driven strategic plans of action with multi-channel objectives, timelines, and deadlines. Beth also fully supported the Here We Grow Capital Campaign, a $9.2MM new facility and improvement project including prospect research, gift and pledge management, acknowledgement and mailings. Beth personally solicited annual fund gifts from prospective donors and implemented direct mail, email solicitations and videos to steward and cultivate new and current donors. Beth also planned, implemented and promoted alumni activities that supports Redwood Day School. Beth established and built relationships with alumni and alumni families by maintaining regular communication with alumni via direct contact, email blasts, social networking, events and eNewsletters. Beth was also a member of the Marketing and Communications Team. Beth maintained a close relationship with the EBISA and ABADO groups and peer Alumni Relations professionals.

Beth Johnson has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Saint Mary's College of California. Beth also has extensive coursework completed towards a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Beth has a Certificate in Business and Corporate Use of Computers from The New School. Beth graduated with Honors in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the California Culinary Academy. Beth also has a Certificate in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Diablo Valley College. Beth has two Certifications from Coursera, one in Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate and one in SQL for Data Science.
