Anna Stegher

Anna Stegher is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and project management. Currently serving in the HR Development role at Saipem since February 2019, Anna oversees various HR functions, focusing on compensation and budgeting while collaborating closely with the finance department. Previously, Anna worked as an HR Business Partner and PMO at Ingram Micro from May 2009 to February 2019, managing comprehensive HR aspects, including compensation budgeting and the creation of analytical reports. Anna also had a brief tenure as an executive assistant at Ferrari Promotion Spa in April 2009, aiding in supplier research for sponsorships and marketing projects, and served as a Project and Process Coordinator at Ingram Micro from March 2007 to December 2008, where project development aimed at improving business processes using Six Sigma methodology. Anna holds a degree in Public Relations, Consumption and Advertising from IULM University, complemented by a scientific high school education.
