Moussa Fahmi

Moussa Fahmi is a Senior Procurement Engineer at Saipem since July 2021, specializing in procurement management for oil and gas projects with a significant experience handling a procurement value of approximately US$ 70 million for various packages. Previously, Moussa served as a Procurement Engineer and Project Engineer at Petrofac from October 2016 to July 2021, where involvement in the Lower Fares Heavy Oil Development project, valued at $4.6 billion, showcased expertise in engineering, procurement, and construction processes. Moussa's career commenced as a Civil Engineer at ESLA in 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Balamand, completed in June 2015.
