Pietro Sangiorgio

Pietro Sangiorgio is an experienced professional in the offshore and maritime engineering sectors, currently serving as Offshore Hook up Manager and Subsea Pre-Comm Operations BU Offshore Facilities and Pipelines at Saipem since December 2017. Prior to this role, Pietro held various positions at Saipem from April 2010 to September 2017, including Commissioning and Sea Trial Manager for the SCV Khankendi and E/I Project Coordinator Lead for significant upgrades on SDN-2. Earlier career experience includes serving as Chief Electrician at Carnival Cruise Lines, managing all electrical and electronic equipment maintenance on board vessels. Pietro holds a degree in electrical and electronic installation technology from G. Ferraris in Ragusa, Italy, completed between 1990 and 1995.
