Juha Antila

Juha Antila has extensive work experience in the field of research and development, particularly in the areas of work time, work organization, and work life studies. Juha worked as a researcher at Työministeriö / Helsingin yliopisto from May 1997 to February 2006, conducting numerous research studies and publishing over 30 reports on work life and organizational changes. Juha then joined SAK in March 2006 as the Head of R&D, responsible for various aspects related to work, including the management of strategic projects, work time issues, productivity, work well-being, and work life research.
