Nourhan El-Mallah

Nourhan El-Mallah has worked in the customer service and business development industries since 2015. Nourhan began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance Egypt, where they achieved 100% quality control for 5 months in a row and resolved problems by clarifying issues and researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions. In 2016, they moved to Propertyfinder.eg as an Account Manager. In 2019, they took on roles as a Business Development Executive at OLX Group and a Business Development Manager at Property Finder. Currently, they are a Business Operations Senior Executive at Sakneen, where they are responsible for following up on the company's system and ensuring all data is entered and accurately presented on the company's website.

Nourhan El-Mallah obtained their General Secondary Certificate from Futures Language Schools in 2012. Nourhan then attended Helwan University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Steel Furniture and Constructions Design in 2017. In 2022, they obtained seven certifications from Coursera, LinkedIn, and Udacity in UX Design Process, Accessibility, Interaction Design, Research, Journey Mapping, Foundations of User Experience, and UX Research Cross-Skilling.
