Courtney Desmond is an accomplished marketing professional with a robust background in analytics and strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Personalization & Customer Strategy at Saks since May 2021, Courtney previously held various marketing and analytics roles at Reebok from October 2017 to April 2021, including Manager of Global Marketing Analytics and Global Media Measurement. Earlier experience includes positions at Connelly Partners as Media Supervisor and Senior Media Planner, as well as media planning roles at Fuseideas. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Hartwick College, earned between 2008 and 2012, and co-chaired the WOMEN @Saks Employee Resource Group from 2021 to 2023.
