Doug Y'Barbo has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. doug started their career in 2005 as the Director of Econometrics at bwin.party digital entertainment, where they contributed to decision-making through data analysis and built tools for automation. doug then joined Linden Lab in 2010 as the Director of Analytics, where they successfully combined client-side and server-side data sources. In 2012, they became the Vice President of Data Science at GraphScience Inc. In 2013, they served as the Director of Data Science at One Kings Lane, leading a small team in building web services. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Simply Hired as the Senior Director of Data Science and Data Engineering, overseeing distributed infrastructure and the data science function. doug then joined Roblox in 2018, first as the Sr Director of Data Science & Analytics and later as the Senior Technical Director. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Principal Scientist, Machine Learning at Saks Fifth Avenue since 2020.
