Arif Siddiqui is an experienced Optical Fiber Supervisor currently overseeing the Wireless Access Network Expansion project for the Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Interior of Afghanistan at Salaam (Afghan Telecom GSM) since May 2015. Previously, Arif served as a Technical Specialist at NATO's ISAF HQ from June 2019 to June 2020 and held the position of Fiber Optic Supervisor at CeReTechs ISP & ICT from January 2010 to December 2014. Arif's early career included working as an Optical Engineer at ZTE Corporation from March 2008 to October 2010, focusing on server room installation, fiber optical planning, and implementation. Arif holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Maryam University, attained between January 2014 and December 2018, and a Bcs in IT from Rahman Baba High School, completed in 2006.
