Bruce Moore

Bruce Moore has a diverse work experience, beginning as a Sales representative for Mybullfrog.com Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer from 2006 to 2008. Bruce then became an Insurance Agent at Allstate from 2008 to 2010, where they were responsible for managing staff and day-to-day operations of the business. From 2010 to 2013, they returned to Mybullfrog.com Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer as a Sales representative, assisting wireless consumers in finding reliable and affordable service plans.

In 2013, Bruce transitioned into the manufacturing industry as a Maintenance Supervisor at Leprino Foods. During their tenure, they improved PM completion rates, reduced maintenance and repair spending, and implemented fluid dynamics tracking to monitor and reduce water usage in the plant. Bruce stayed with Leprino Foods until 2017.

From 2017 to 2021, Bruce worked as an Engineering Manager at Basic American Foods and the Tillamook County Creamery Association. In these roles, they served as a technical advisor for process engineering, implemented PM pillars, and improved collaboration between production teams. Bruce contributed to increased profits and successfully completed plant turnarounds.

Most recently, Bruce held the position of Engineering Manager at Ecolab from 2021 to 2022. In this role, they served as a technical resource and advisor for process development, programming, and maintenance. Bruce led a maintenance turnaround, implemented engineering best practices, and focused on improving equipment performance.

Currently, Bruce is the Director of Maintenance Engineering at Salad and Go, starting in 2022.

Bruce Moore earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University - Idaho, graduating in 2013. Additionally, in June 2016, they obtained certifications as a GCAP Operator 1 from Garden City Ammonia Program: GCAP, as an Aerial Boom Lift Qualified Operator from OSHA, and as a Scissor Lift Certified Operator, also from OSHA. Bruce also acquired an HAZMAT IC certification in January 2014, although the institution from which they obtained this certification is unknown.
