Ron Lynch

Ron Lynch, CCP, currently serves as Vice President of People Operations at Salad and Go, where leadership focuses on enhancing team member experiences across various domains, including Talent Acquisition and People Analytics. Previously, Ron held the position of Vice President of HR Operations at Certified Group and served as Senior Director of HR Services at Farmer Brothers, leading initiatives to improve employee experiences through Total Rewards strategies. Prior roles include Senior Director positions at SONIC Drive-In, where Ron directed HR Technology and Total Rewards, and extensive experience across notable companies such as 7-Eleven and Johnson & Johnson. Ron holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of North Texas.
