Kulthoom Al Balushi

Kulthoom Al Balushi has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Kulthoom is currently working as the Deputy Commercial Director at Oman Cement Company S.A.O.G. since 2022. Previously, they held the position of Corporate Sales Manager at SalamAir from 2016, where they managed ticketing offices, monitored ticketing agents' performance, and created sales and marketing reports. Before that, they worked at Oman Aluminium Rolling Company as a Sales and Marketing professional from 2013 to 2016, where they managed production orders, prepared sales forecasts, and handled communications with customers worldwide. Kulthoom began their career at Omantel in 2005, working as a Quality Control Specialist. During their time there, they monitored sales performance, wrote technical and management reports, and investigated customer issues and complaints related to quality.

Kulthoom Al Balushi completed their Bachelor's degree in Management Science from Sultan Qaboos University from 1999 to 2005. Later in 2022, they pursued an Executive MBA from the University of Vienna, specializing in Business.
