Jen Demore

Jen Demore has a diverse work experience in the field of user experience and design. Jen started their career at Primavera Systems as a UI Designer, where they were involved in the design and development of a web-based software application. Jen then joined Merrimack College as the Director of Web Services, overseeing the design of web applications and improving usability. After that, they worked at Primary Design as the Web Department Manager, managing web projects and collaborating with clients. Jen then moved to Skillsoft as a User Experience Designer, where they played a key role in designing and testing the company's e-learning products. Currently, they are the Senior Director of User Experience at Salary.com, where they lead the user experience team.

Jen Demore holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Astronomy from Haverford College.
