John Luke

John Luke is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience as a General Counsel and in-house counsel across various industries. Currently serving as General Counsel at Salas O'Brien since October 2021, John addresses technical challenges in engineering and facility planning. Previous roles include Chief Legal Services Director at GAI Consultants, Inc., and Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at both Rex Energy Corporation and Peoples Natural Gas. John has also held senior legal positions at DRA Taggart, LLC, Lockheed Martin, Equitable Resources, and Marconi Communications, Inc. A graduate of Georgetown University Law Center with an LL.M in International and Comparative Law, John also holds a JD/MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA in Finance. John’s career commenced in the U.S. Navy JAG Corps, demonstrating a solid foundation in legal expertise.
