Rachel Cunningham has over 15 years of work experience in customer success and sales engineering roles. In 2023, they began working as the Vice President of Customer Success at TrustEngine. Prior to that, they held the same position at Sales Boomerang from 2021-2023, where they also served as the Director of Customer Success. Rachel Cunningham received their Bachelor's degree from Eastern Michigan University in 2004, majoring in Communications. Rachel then went on to pursue a Master's degree from Duquesne University's School of Leadership & Professional Advancement, which they completed in 2009. Prior to that, they attended Bedford Senior High School from 1996 to 2000.
