Erin Lin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Erin began their career at the Intensive English Institute as a Marketing and Communication Intern, where they focused on using social media platforms and website redesign to engage prospective students. Erin then worked as a Commercial Reporter in Production at WPGU 107.1 FM, writing and recording tailored commercials for clients. Erin went on to become a Senior Account Executive at Illini Media, where they built and maintained client relationships, promoting advertising options and increasing traffic for clients' businesses. Erin further expanded their sales skills as a Business Acquisition Specialist at Chicago Tribune Media Group, where they proposed effective solutions for brands within different industries and received recognition for their performance. Erin also worked as an Inside Sales Manager and Sales Representative at Metrasens, an Insurance Benefits Consultant at Brown & Brown Insurance, and a Voice Over Artist at BoredPanda. In addition to their sales and marketing roles, Erin served as the Lead Writer for Miss Possible LLC, a company that creates dolls based on historic women to promote STEM education. Erin also pursued their passion for voice acting, working as a Voice Actress at Erin Lin Voice. Most recently, Erin joined the Sales Empowerment Group, where they held various roles including Sr. Sales Manager & Sales Enablement Strategist, Director of Strategic Accounts & Sales Enablement, and Head of Revenue Operations. In these roles, they trained and mentored sales teams, developed training programs, collaborated with high-level executives, and created customized playbooks. Overall, Erin Lin has a strong background in sales, marketing, writing, and voice acting.

Erin Lin holds a Bachelor's Degree in English and Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Prior to that, they attended Neuqua Valley High School and completed their high school education. In December 2017, they obtained a Digital Media Sales Certification from the Commission on Certification.
